Aaron Potts was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan to a working class family with roots in the American South.

A Parsons School of Design graduate, he has worked with iconic fashion designers such as Marc Jacobs, Donna Karan, Ellen Tracy, Anne Klein, Badgley Mischka, and Escada.

After challenging himself to explore a modern, artistic and utilitarian approach to dressing, APOTTS was born, embodying a spirit of creativity, diversity and unisex practicality. The collection consists of clean, modern, trans-seasonal clothes that become a versatile, stylish uniform. Details are thoughtful and artistic. Silhouettes are graphic and have a feeling of airiness and a distinctively everyday-editorial spirit.
